Last Day with the Cousins

Today is our last day with the cousins.  We started out the morning watering the plants.

And playing in the sandbox.

Emma is borrowing those glasses from one of the Build-a-Bears...aren't they cute!

Then we hit the beach for one last day.  Marcus jumped in the water immediately.

All the kids jumped in...it was another hot day.

Emma searched for shells, rocks, crabs...whatever she could find.

Marcus started to finally loose his steam.

Auntie Tracy brought out a cool tent for him to rest.

Ceci and Emma worked really hard on a sand castle.

Gia and Olivia were baking a birthday cake.

Gia stuck pretty close to Olivia today. 

She followed Olivia everywhere.  It's pretty great how these cousins all get along.

Marcus ended up falling asleep and slept the entire time.

Olivia and Gia presented their birthday cake to Emma and Ceci...complete with a Happy Birthday song. 

Poppi got a ticket...not really, he just had the wrong Discovery Pass hanging from his mirror so had to prove he really did have one for this particular vehicle.

Emma and Ceci discovered there were muscles in the water.

Look how many they found!

Emma went walking with Poppi and told him all kinds of stories.

Bonding time...

Gramie was there too...she kept Gia's head out of the water...Gia was a very brave girl, she thought it was pretty funny to stick her head down and get hit by the waves.  We had a great time hanging out this week.  Tomorrow we are heading to the San Juan Islands to meet up with Daddy.
