Spring Break

This year we decided to go somewhere for spring break.  Yesterday we headed to Grami and Poppi's house to start the adventure.  Grami is in Texas so we thought Poppi might want some company for the night.  The hot tub was the main attraction for these three of course.

Then we woke up early and headed for our destination...we wanted to go to the beach and made reservations here...at Ocean Breeze RV Resort.  The weather forecast was rain, rain, rain.  Marcus predicted SUN though...he was right!  Good Job Marcus!

We are FINALLY here!  They actually traveled well...thanks to the DVD player and a few movies.

There is a nice little play area at the RV Resort.  The kids checked it out while Marc set up the RV.

Emma found some flowers to pick.

Then it was off to the beach!  Surprisingly we are at the exact same place as we were last February when we were with the rest of the family.  We haven't driven by the green train yet, but we saw the street it is on.
We had to get a quick family photo.  It was pretty windy from this angle.

I really wanted the ocean in the background but couldn't tell if this one turned out by just looking at the camera.

So we tried one more the other direction...pretty cute.

Then it was off to check out the ocean.

Marcus really wanted to swim in the ocean.  It was so hard to keep him dry.

We had to write names in the sand of course.  Marcus was pretty cold by this time...I told him not to get so wet!

Olivia found lots of shells already.

Emma is in search of a sand dollar which Daddy found...but Mommy accidentally broke it back at camp so we'll have to look again tomorrow.

Then back to the camper for the night...do you like the new camper?  It's so much nicer than the old one...so much more room!  Stay tuned for more tomorrow!
