The pond was flooding over the road which made it exciting to play in without worrying about falling in.
Marcus found a stick that resembled a fishing pole. The girls were cheering him on at his fishing attempts.
Unfortunately everything is still shut down from winter. The kids were bummed...that pool looks fun!
However, we did find another play structure that had a lot more to offer than the one by our camp site.
The camp employees came by and gave us all a Sprite. The kids NEVER get pop so this was a treat. Just as I predicted, they spilled more than they drank though so I wasn't so worried.
Then we went to the Oyster Shack so Daddy could get his big bag of oysters. We had some for dinner and everyone loved them...YUMMY!
We decided we'd drive to the beach tonight to see the sunset. We had plenty of time so thought we'd check out the area...look what we found? Look familiar?
We got to the beach for the sunset. The kids haven't really seen a sunset before so they were pretty excited. First a picture with Daddy.
Marcus found a cool stick.
The kids loved the sunset...it was beautiful. Goodnight! We are getting up early for our first clam dig tomorrow!
