Beach Day 3

We woke up bright and early for our first clam dig (that is the moon).  We set the alarm for 5:30am and were at the beach by 6am. 

We all caught our limit of 15 each and were done in less than an hour!  The kids did great and said it was so fun.  Daddy said if everyone listened and the clam digging went well the kids got to pick what they wanted to do the rest of the day.

We drove to Ocean Shores after breakfast and saw some beach fisherman...this guy caught one!

Then we went to the local IGA.  We were there yesterday and the kids picked up some Easter pictures to color.  The instructions were to color them and bring them back for a cookie.  So we dropped them off at the bakery and everyone got a cookie.  The employees told us the Easter Bunny was there and if you walk through the store and find hidden eggs you would get some candy...so the search was on!

Then we found the bunny.  That's where we turned in our eggs and got our candy!  What a treat.

As we left the store we noticed their pictures were already up for all to see!  Marcus' is first, then Olivia's and last is Emma's.  So pretty!  They were so proud.

Then back to the campsite to clean our clams...there are a lot!

A quick lunch and on to the rest of the day.  Marcus is taking a nap right now so we are waiting for him to get up.  Olivia, Emma and I will probably hit the playground and I'm sure Daddy will be napping soon too.  Not sure what else we will do today but if we find something exciting I'll be sure to blog about it.
