These girls get to participate in a sport now that they are in 6th grade! They all decided to run Cross Country. Their first 2 meets were cancelled due to smoke and lightning so today they got to compete in their first meet finally.
These are most of the 6th grade girls...we had a photo bomb by one of the boys...
So we tried for another group photo...cute. These girls are ready to run.

Olivia placed 28th overall in the 6th grade (boys and girls included and over 90 kids ran).
Emma placed 32nd overall...they were pretty close to each other. We won't know their actual times until tomorrow. They had a blast and can't wait to run in the next meet. Great job girls!
