The weekend before last we got 2 boxes of peaches from my Aunt..thanks Sheila! We canned both boxes and got 21 quarts plus 3 bags frozen peaches and one peach crisp for desert that night. They are yummy!
Here is our freezer...we've got tomato sauce, grated zucchini (each bag contains enough for 2 loaves of bread), carrots, corn and squash. We even bought 1/2 a pig last week plus the beef we've got. If Marc shoots an elk this year; we'll need to buy another freezer! It's nice to have the freezer and pantry full.
