Birthday Party

The girls are super busy with club softball and all their school activities.  Their best friend, Kali has a birthday one day away from the twins and they wanted to celebrate together.  They realized they have no free weekends until August so a last minute Thursday night pool party was put together.  

I made a quick Costco run and got a cake with all their names on it.

The three of them came straight home from school and got everything ready (Marc also took 1/2 day off to help)

Then friends started to arrive...Lexie was there.

Archie actually got his hair cut for the party...so handsome!

The girls swam and relaxed by the pool at first...

Time for cake!  Happy birthday girls!

Kali is a Senior and turning 18 so I put 18 candles on the cake and let her blow them out first.

Then we took one candle away for the twins 17th birthday.

Everyone sang Happy Birthday and they blew them out.

The kids even sat in the hot tub a bit.

I just love this group of friends the girls and Marcus have.

I think we pulled it off...a successful last minute birthday party...and now the pool is fully ready for more parties!  The kids had a blast and said they will be back all summer long!  YAY...mission accomplished!
