I finally captured the emotion of a home run hit by Emma tonight. This was a big deal...we were down 4-6 most of the game. Then in the 7th inning, we tied it up at 6. There were 2 outs and Emma was up to bat...talk about stressful! She did what she does and hit a HOME RUN with another runner on base taking the lead 8-6. The girls ended up holding Deer Park to 6 for the WIN. Congratulations on your home run Emma! Don't tell him I said this but Daddy had some tears in his eyes...pretty sweet.
