Friday morning was show day at the fair. We were all there to support Marcus.
The girls are so excited.
Kevin did great too.
Marcus was told not to smile and he did great.
Proud daddy in the background.
Tim giving Marcus some pointers.
Love his smile. He was allowed to this time.
They work well together.
Poppi and Marc reminiscing about the old days.
Loving every minute.
Nice work.
The judge giving Marcus some tips.
First place ribbon
Hard work pays off for these two.
Marcus was in his element here.
He has made some lifelong friends for sure.
One of the moms shared this one with me…all Riverside kids.
They all loved this.
Big thanks to Jennifer for literally holding our hands through this entire process.
Marcus is so proud of Kevin.
What a great day!
Marcus made this poster…another blue ribbon.
We took some time to explore and the kids played some bingo.
Olivia won a game!
Elle was there too…
So was Baylor.
Lunch date.
Marcus worked the rodeo Friday night. One of th other moms took this awesome photo.
Great job kids.
Then Marcus was up early Saturday and had to go to town for football practice. He came right back to take care of his pig and stopped by the goat barn to see a friend.
Saturday afternoon was market sale. Marc looked like he was ready to bid on some livestock.
Marcus was a great salesman.
Ready to sell Kevin.
There were at least 4 companies fighting for his pig. In the end he got $5 per pound from Gaffaney Electric.
There was another rodeo Saturday. Lots of Riverside kids came.
Marcus and Blake raked during barrel races.
Good work. The night ended with dancing.
The kids spent one last day with their animals. They took group photos…this is Marcus’s 4-H group.
What great memories. It was hard to say goodbye to Kevin but Marcus had a great support group here and he is looking forward to doing this again next year!

What a terrific story and fantastic photo's!! I think this story should be made into a book for Marcus. So proud of you all for this excellent chapter in your families lives. Love to you all. PS: I borrowed a photo to put on Facebook, the respect for the flag.
