Marcus did his first science fair project this year. His experiment was to see find out the best way to keep apples fresh. He used vinegar, water, lemon juice and 7-up. His hypothesis was he thought 7-up would work best because of the carbonation. In the end the lemon juice kept the apples the freshest although 7-up was a close 2nd. He said the 7-up apples tasted the best though. He did a great job...do you see the apple tree he painted on his board? He did that all by himself. We are so proud.
