Weekend Birthday Celebration

All the cousins were here this weekend to celebrate the early June birthdays. It was HOT...so we got a slip and slide. They had a quick break for dinner on the warm asphalt. It cooled off at night so we had a fire. That meant roasting marshmallows for s'mores too.

The next day we had a birthday party.  We started off with badminton. The shade was nice. 

Tracy bought a fun craft for the kids. They each got a cute little box to paint.

We also had a pinata.  All the kids lined up. Eventually it broke and all the kids got the treats.

We took a quick break from the birthday party to do family photos.  We tried different areas for lighting...this wasn't the best spot, but still cute. We got Costco cake for the celebration; I put the girls' name on it. Everyone sang Happy Birthday. We didn't have candles so they just pretended...what a fun time with family!
