Marcus and Olivia went to town with Marc tonight to get new tires for his truck. While Marc was trying to pay and finish things up, Marcus was standing on a chair and fell off right on a table. Poor Marcus...he needed stitches but wasn't too cooperative at the Urgent Care so they decided to just do
staples. He was fine with that. I think the difference was they let me hold him on my lap for the
staples but had to lay him on a table with all of us on top of him for stitches...can you blame him for
choosing staples?
McDonald's happened to be right across the street from the Urgent Care and we used that to bribe Marcus a few times so of course that is where we ended up eating dinner. Marcus got a cool race car there. He was very excited to get the car, but a little disappointed that he could not play on the toys at
McDonald's due to his head. He's back to his normal energetic self now...can't even tell it happened besides the big hole in his head. I'm sure this is just the first of many for this kid; especially if he follows in the footsteps of his Daddy which he seems to be doing pretty well right now.

Sure glad Marcus is okay! Head wounds are the worse - just ask Marc! I'm glad Mom was there to hold him through the staples - nothing like a Mother's touch to make everything better.
Glad Marcus is doing fine. Head wounds are horrible. They bleed so much. Glad you made it home safe and sound so you could be there for Marcus. Mom's are the best when their little ones are hurt even though mommies feel horrible for their little ones.
