Girls Road Trip
I took the girls to Montana to help celebrate my little sister's baby shower this weekend. We left after work on Friday and ran into a lot of construction so it was slow going. We decided to just stop in Missoula (1/2 way to where we were going) and just stay the night in a hotel. We stayed at the C'mon Inn. It was beautiful. After we checked in we walked around to see the sights. The girls were impressed by the rocks and waterfalls.
There was also a cool game room. They raced motorcycles and cars.
We woke up this morning, had breakfast and stopped at Starbucks for hot chocolate and coffee.
On our way to Great Falls we spotted a cool hot air balloon. We stopped for pictures.
It was very cool. The girls asked all kinds of questions...I told them maybe we'd look into balloon rides someday. They weren't too sure about that but said they'd think about it.
We arrived in Great Falls in time to decorate for the shower. Then it was party time. Here is the new mom with her shower cake.
My Mom even made Tavein a diaper cake.
Here's a close up of the cake.
My Mom made a diaper wreath too! That should give Tavein a good start on diapers.
She got lots of cool presents.
