Red Velvet

Lately, dinner is becoming a competition between Marc and me. Marc is in charge of dinner on weeknights because the kids and I don't get home until late. I do dinner on weekends. Marc has decided to go through all the cookbooks and has made some really good meals. So Sunday night I decided I couldn't be outdone and made Prime Rib, browned potatoes, homemade cheese and garlic biscuits and some veggies. I had to go one step further and make this red velvet cake out of a mix I got from Grami for Christmas. Marc was so impressed by my cake, he took a picture...and you know me, if it's in my camera, it's gonna show up on the blog. It was very tasty...thanks Grami!
