Snoqualmie Falls

We went to the west side for a long weekend.  We started our Sunday off at Snoqualmie Falls.

Baylor, Marcus and Cole posed nicely for a picture.

I had to get the girls to pose too.  Elle, Bree, Olivia and Emma.

The falls are so pretty.

Our group...7 adults; 7 kids...perfect!

We hiked down to the bottom to see what the view of the falls were like there.  We saw lots of cool stuff along the way.  This is a nursing tree.

We found an old pipe towards the bottom.

There was a nice view of the falls.  I got a family photo of the Waldron's.

Family photo of us.

The Sheets

We headed back to Raymond's house for some great dinner.  Diesel came with us on this trip and just loved Raymond...so cute.

Basketball Season has begun

Emma and Olivia played their first game of the season against Lakeside.  Emma is a great defender.

Marc is helping coach again this season.

Olivia takes the ball out.

Emma and Olivia trapping the other team.

These two work well together.

It's so fun watching these kids.

Unfortunately they lost 14-18 but they played their hearts out and have a really good team this year.  Can't wait to see more!  Great job girls!

Snow Photos by Emma

Emma captured the snow with her camera today.

This is the same shot she did of these trees just a week ago and it had all kinds of yellow fall leaves on it.  The weather changed quickly!

It just keeps snowing.

Emma got a picture of the snowman a few hours after my picture...he's covered in fresh snow.

So pretty.  I think Emma has a future in photography.

First Snow

We woke up to our first snow on the ground and there was a lot!  Marcus was up at 6am (thanks to Daylight savings) and out the door.  Diesel thought this white stuff was pretty neat too.

The girls finally rolled out of bed and went out to play in the snow too.

The snow just keeps falling...these kids are happy!

They built a snowman!

He's on the pool deck...looks like he's getting ready to jump in!  I've heard it is going to be a long snowy winter...we definitely started out with a bang!

Halloween!

Emma was an Egyptian this year.

Olivia was an angel.

Marcus was Delta Force.

They all started the day dressing up for their school parties.

So cute!

I went to Marcus's party.  This will be the last year we do all the events at Chattaroy Elementary.  Marcus is a 4th grader now and that is the farthest grade you can go in this school.

We continued our tradition of trick-or-treating at the Perry's house.

The kids are getting so big.  They had a new addition last year..Owen!  We also brought a friend for Marcus to hang out with this year too...

Justin and Marcus.

Olivia, Makayla and Emma.  Fun to see these three grow into lovely young ladies.

Marc and I had the stomach flu this year so we didn't make it our around our own neighborhood.  Scott and Julie had some treats for the kids so they brought them down the next day.  We have the greatest neighbors!

Fall

Emma took some photos with my old camera that I gave to her.  She got some great Fall photos; I didn't take any Fall pictures this year so thought I'd share hers.  She got some cute ones of Diesel...he's getting so big already.

The kids spent a weekend cleaning up the leaves...Olivia took some time out to play with Diesel.

Diesel thinks these leaves are pretty cool.

Emma got a nice picture of our pumpkins too.  In order the pumpkins are made by Emma, Tracie, Marcus, Olivia, Marc.

Very pretty Fall Photo Emma!

Carving Party

Our friends had their annual pumpkin carving party again.  We all carve and the kids judge the adults for first and last place and the adults judge the kids.

Emma came up with a cool idea for her pumpkin.

Olivia is hard at work.

Marcus carved his pumpkin all alone...no help!

Busy at work.

Tada!  Marcus's is complete...hair and all!

Cute Olivia.

Nice job Emma...that wasn't easy.

All the kids with their pumpkins.

Adults line up behind their pumpkins.

Kids lit up...the middle one with all the teeth and big eyes won this year...that was Bree's!

The adult pumpkins.  Mine is third from the right, Marc's is seventh from the right with the curly eyes...so cute.  First place wen tot the middle one with the big scary smile.

Great job everyone!  Another fun year of pumpkin carving under our belts.
