Grandparents

Poppie, Gramie, Papa and Nana all came to help Marcus celebrate his birthday.  We had to get a quick group photo before they all left this morning.  I just love that they all are great friends!

What a great family we have!  We sure are lucky!

Birthday Party

Marcus wanted a Seahawks birthday this year...he requested a stadium cake.  I actually made this!

He did help...he placed all of the M&Ms.  I say this one was a success!

We did another bowling birthday party.  Harlow, Emma, Lexie and Olivia are ready to bowl.

Marcus wore his Seahawks jersey for the event...he had a blast bowling.

Here's the cake under the bowling lights.

Ryder and Javin came to help Marcus celebrate.

One quick photo with the birthday boy and his cake.

Makayla came too.

BFF's

Everyone sang Happy Birthday!

The candles blew out on their own so I had to relight them...then Marcus blew them all out!

Nana and Papa served lemonaid.

Time to open presents.

Marcus got lots of good stuff.

Thanks everyone for coming to my party!

Marcus is 7

Today is Marcus's 7th Birthday!  After school we brought out the presents.  Olivia helped Marcus read his card.

He got a cool art set and also some magic paper.

He also got some BBs???  What is that for Marcus?  He was a little confused.  Then Daddy told him to go look under Mommy's pillow.

So he ran to my room...talk about an excited little boy!

"I GOT A BB GUN!!!"  He LOVED it!

Then  it was brownie time...

Brownies are Marcus's favorite.  We all sang "Happy Birthday"

And the 7 candles were blown out!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARCUS!!!

Journey to the North Pole

We took the kids on the Santa Cruise again this year!

Marcus, Olivia, Ceci in back
Emma, Sophie and Gia up front.

We picked up our tickets at the ticket booth.

Then did a little exploring...these kids are going to the North Pole!

This year we met everyone for dinner.  It was a nice change from year's past.  The Bradeen's and Lessig's joined us...this has come to be our little group's tradition.

Emma, Marcus, Olivia, Aubrey and Hunter made their own pizza's.

Cute!

It was a great dinner!

While waiting to line up for the cruise, the kids got to hang out with several characters.

Group photo of the kids on the sled.  Emma, Kaydin, Aubrey in back; Marcus, Hunter, Cruz and Olivia up front.

The kids met a dancing snowman!

Family photo in the sled.

Cruise time!  The lights were beautiful as usual.

The kids lined up to hear if they were on the good list...Olivia looks worried.

Sophie and Ceci wondered if they made the good list too?

Ho, Ho, Ho...Santa gave his report.

And when he was done fireworks filled the sky...that was new this year.

Marc and I made the good list!

And these sweet faces did too.

This year they had paper for the kids to write Santa a letter too.  They left their letters with the elves for special delivery to Santa.

After the cruise we walked along the docks and found a good spot for a group family photo.

What a great night!  I love this tradition!

Thanksgiving 2014

The cousins, Uncle Wes, Auntie Tracy and Gramie and Poppi came to our house for Thanksgiving this year!  It's always fun to get these girls together.

Gramie brought some fun food crafts with her.  Marcus started with a cheese and crackers platter.  He carefully studied it.

Then put it all together.

Marcus's masterpice!  Beautiful and tastey too!

Olivia and Gia made a fruit platter...

And veggie platter.  Nice work girls!

Marc made most of the meal...I helped a little.

Dinner time!  Look at that spread!  Cute little faces too.

It was a feast enjoyed by all.  So glad everyone could join us this year.  So glad Gramie stuck to taking this picure too...it was a tough one to get but oh so worth it!
