Beginning of Softball Season...Senior Year!

The girls started their Senior Softball season with a jamboree against Shadle and Mt Spokane.

Emma up to bat...she was the lead off batter.

Olivia was #4 in the line up.

Emma will be doing a lot of catching this year since last year's catcher graduated.

Nice job Emma.

Olivia pitched the entire night.

Allison and Emma during a time out.

Love that smile.

Great Hit Olivia

We played 3 innings against Shadle and then had a little break. Kaydee is home from GCU for spring break so came to cheer the girls on.

The coaches decided to have a little fun with Cassie and Olivia since they are going to Cal Lutheran together next year.  Cassie is Olivia's catcher on her club team this year.

They had to toss the ball to the pitcher's mound, closes to the mound wins.

They are so cute...

Olivia overshot the mound and Cassie didn't quite make it to the circle so they made them retrieve their balls and try again.

They pretty much tied the second round and determined that they are not very good at bowling in the end...

Emma at bat and Cassie catching.  Cassie's sister, Addy, was the pitcher so both teams had pitcher/catcher sister combos.

Go Emma!

College roommies...too fun!

Great job Riverside!

Roomies...watch out Cal Lu...here they come!

Pitcher/Catcher Sister combos.

Kaydin playes on Mt Spokane's team too...fun all around!

Olivia shared some exciting news on instagram….we are so proud!  Go Regals!

The End of the Road

The Riverside boys played their last game in the Sun Dome yesterday. What a team!  Every game was close, they were ranked 11th and knocked off the 6 seed to start the tournament and placed in the top 8 in the end. We are so proud. Emma ended her cheer season as well and was glad for the experience. Olivia made her first road trip without parents and said she really feels like her life is shifting in a good way. I’m thankful for my aunt Sheila for letting Olivia stay the night on Thursday and love this time for my girls. They really are taking it all in.
