Tournament Results

The girls made it to the championship game. They ended up taking 2nd place. There were a few games over the weekend where Olivia pitched to Emma..that was fun to watch!  Olivia also played some first base and Emma played short stop. What a great weekend of softball. They both said that’s probably the only tournament they will play in so I guess that is officially a wrap for club ball. 

 

Reunion

These girls are all playing college ball and decided to play one more year of club. They are pick up players for Explosion. So fun to see them all wearing the same uniform again.

MVP

Marcus and his HS team attended the Whitworth University team football camp Monday through Wednesday. They stayed in the dorms and played a lot of football. Marcus was exhausted!  He played so hard and was awarded with Camp MVP. There were a ton of teams there from all over the state and only 6 kids got camp MVP…we are so proud!  I love that he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves. 

 

Mamma Mia

The girls and I decided last minute to check out Mamma Mia on broadway tonight. We had an amazing time, the show did not disappoint!  

Funniest part of the night…Marc is working and sent a picture of his dinner to our family group text. 

The girls and I had the same idea for dinner so shared a photo of ours. 

Then a little later we got this picture from Marcus…haha…he didn’t want to feel too left out I guess. We did invite him to Mamma Mia but he said no thanks…

We spent the morning on Bear Lake!  

 

Relay team

Ruby, Japan, Marcus and Delilah ran in a 4x400 relay at SFCC last night. I haven’t heard specifics yet but did get a copy of their team photo.

I was spoiled with all my favorite things…flowers, German Chocolate cake and wine.  I also received sweet social media posts from the kids. Happy Birthday to me!

  

 

 

Bear Lake

Our book club was finally able to get together, except Karen who had to work. We decided to check out Bear Lake, they’ve done a lot of improvements and it was beautiful. We read Pillars of the Earth, an interesting book for sure. 

 

Mom’s Gone Beast Mode

Rams football hosted “Mom’s Gone Beast Mode” tonight and it was a HIT! I had so much fun!  I can’t believe Marcus is going into his Senior year. I will enjoy every moment.
