First day Junior Year

The first day of school photo looks a little different this year but Marcus was a trooper and made his mom happy. I sure do love this kid and I’m so grateful for him. Have a great Junior year Marcus!

Olivia is rooming with a friend from Spokane and her parents are driving back so they kindly offered to take us to the airport. The girls had activities all day so we went to Santa Monica for the day. It was a fun way to spend the day. So glad we were with friends, it made it a little less sad…

Olivia’s turn to be dropped off…we drove 12 hours the first day and 7 1/2 the second. But we got there and got her moved in. Her roommates are great!  They were all meds for each other. I have no doubt these girls will have a great year!

Fair 2024

Marcus participated in the fair through FFA again this year. Unfortunatley he did not have good luck with Hogs, a few died early and when he finally got one ready for fair, it didn't make weight. He did fitting and showing though and helped everyone else all week.  He also participated in the Rodeo on Friday evening doing Chute Dogging again. He did great! Actually ended the night in 2nd place! Gramie, Poppi and Baylor came to cheer him on. Olivia was at the fair too. Our friend, Hayley, did roping events on Saturday...great job Hayley!  Chad and Julie came up for Saturday's Rodeo.  What a great week!
