Happy Thanksgiving!

Aaron and Amber came to our house this year!  Jim and Lucy came too...they cooperated nicely...Archie and Bently did not so they were not part of the family photo...oh well!  

Friendsgiving

Olivia planned a Friendsgiving. She had everyone bring different themed charcuterie boards. Very clever and fun!

 

Cheer Season

Emma officially started cheer season Saturday. They had their first competition. It wasn’t judged, it was more of a practice performance. Emma said they did well. I can’t wait to watch them perform soon!  Go Rams!

 

 

California wrap up

Olivia played softball yesterday and today in the same complex that she played in the All American Games at the start of her softball career. Seems like a full circle moment. Then we ended the trip shopping in Chino Hills. We fly home out of Ontario at 7:30pm so we’re just hanging out enjoying the sun…Marc sent pictures of the snow at home this morning…not looking forward to that!

 

California Lutheran University

We are in California for a softball tournament this weekend. Olivia connected with the California Lutheran University assistant coach at the last tournament and the head coach invited her and a teammate for a tour.  Today was a free day so we scheduled a tour for today. They had a great time and met several players. Olivia and Cassie walked away loving this school. After the visit Olivia and I found a beach near Malibu…it was beautiful. We had a perfect day (besides the horrible traffic). Games start tomorrow. Hopefully the forecast is wrong and it doesn’t rain. 

 

Montana State University

We went to visit Aaron and Amber and they showed Emma around MSU. This is one of the schools Emma has been accepted to. We also got tickets to the football game….they played EWU!  Bobcats won by a lot. Emma loved the campus.  I think this school is on the top of her list so far.
