7on7 Yakima

Marcus played 7on7 in Yakima.

He is loving this sport.

Overall the team did really well. They won all games on Saturday then won their first Sunday but fell short to the team that ended up winning the tournament so great job boys!

Softball Season 2022

Riverside softball 2022 started off with a jamboree against non-league schools. The Lady Rams went undefeated!

Next they played West Valley, a 2A school (we are 1A) and won again!  The JV played after Varsity and Olivia wanted to try catching so they have her a chance. I’ve heard a pitcher should try catching at least once.

This weekend we traveled to Richland and played 3A and 4A schools. Emma at bat.

Go Emma.

Olivia swings.

Olivia pitched the first game.

Olivia to Bree.

The girls won the first game 10-5!

Then had a couple hours to rest. Lunch time!

Some of the girls Diamonds teammates. Always fun to see everyone.

The girls lost the last 2 games of the weekend but competed well against the larger schools. They are going to have an amazing season!

They are in Olympia at their first tournament this weekend.

Marc is on the coaching staff of course. Good luck boys. I’m home with the girls due to school softball.
