Middle School Football

Due to COVID, the middle school sports look a little different this year. They only get to play on the day they attend and just against each other.

The season was only 3 weeks long. Marcus is #45. 

Marcus still had fun playing with his buddies. 

At least they got something. 

This is the red group (kids in school Mondays and Wednesdays)

Here’s the grey group (kids in school Tuesdays and Thursdays). This last week they said all kids could come every day if they could make it so Marcus got to be in both group photos.

Varsity Volleyball

Emma has been a floater for volleyball meaning she plays JV and is also available for varsity. So far she has just supported Varsity from the bench but has been proud to be there. 

Saturday night Emma got to actually play varsity volleyball. 

She did so well. She was so calm... we were very proud. 

She is the only freshman on varsity...a big honor. 

She really looked like she belonged there. The girls really love her and support her. They actually had a varsity sleepover tonight and invited her!  She is having a blast. What a great start to high school sports...Olivia is very proud and supportive too. I have such great kids!  

 

Technologically Challenged

Our book club outing was cross country skiing today. We all fell right from the start and had a good laugh. I decided we needed to start with a picture. It proved to be difficult. I just couldn’t get back to group fast enough. They all got a good laugh at me. 

I finally did it; only one ski though 

We skied  a little and Brenda said “too bad we don’t have an Apple Watch, my kids use theirs to take the photos”. I do have an Apple Watch!  

It really works!  

What a great day of skiing!  

 

Cousins

The cousins came over for lunch today and all the kids walked to the back of our property. Gia loved the moss.

First High School Game! Volleyball!

The kids are finally getting to play school sports this year!  First sport, Volleyball!  Emma and Olivia decided to play high school volleyball and we are so proud.  Here is the roster...can you see their names?  Emma is the only Freshman listed on Varsity...she is their backup setter.
