Thanksgiving Fun

We came to Bonners Ferry last night and woke up early to start our day. The boys went hunting. 

The girls did the annual Turkey Trot. We figured out this was our 5th Turkey Trot. 

Tracy and I walked. We saw the girls and dogs along the way. 

The kids got their pie and hot cocoa. I won a t-shirt!

Bird Hunt

Marcus and Brady went bird hunting. 

Brady’s dog was amazing. 

What a fun time!

Brady shot both birds but let Marcus pose with one. I see more of this in the future. Good times. 

 

More Football in Tacoma

I set up a photo shoot for Marcus so I can have a football picture of him this year.  I'm not sure they will have school ball so this might be my only chance.  So handsome!

We went to Tacoma this weekend to play a tough team.  Marcus got a little blindsided here I think.

We were ahead at half time but barely.

The coaches had a plan.

The boys played really hard.  The game ended up going into overtime and the other team scored for the win.  What a great game though!

Both teams will represent Washington in Florida this December.  They are in two different leagues so won't play again.

This was a great match up and a great way to prepare for Florida for both teams!

Great job kids!  It was fun to watch!
