Happy Thanksgiving!

We started off the Thanksgiving celebration with the traditional Turkey Trot.  

Marc ran it with us this year!

The kids did crafts.  Olivia and Gia built a Christmas House out of cardboard.

Gia brought over sleepover stuff so she got to stay the night.  Marcus went to bed early so he could wake up to go hunting.  The girls played doctor before bed.  Gia assisted Emma during Olivia's surgery.  Don't you love all the tools!

They did a great job.  They all took turns being the doctor, patient and assistant.  It was pretty cute.

Friday night the girls went out on the town to a concert of a local group.  We all straightened our hair for the event!  Tracy went too.  Ceci was going to come but got sick right before the concert.

Me and my girls...Sophie got sick at the concert and had to leave early with Tracy so it was just the 3 of us.  We had a blast though but were sorry everyone else got sick.

We left this morning.  We had such a great Thanksgiving.  Thanks for hosting Grami and Poppie!

Squires Basketball

Emma and Olivia are playing on a team in town this year.  They are called the Squires.  They have pretty cool warm up shirts too.

Football is Great!

Riverside High School went to the State Playoffs this year.  They played in Royal City and these 5th grade football players made the trip all the way there to support their Rams!

They had a blast!  Great memories!

The next day we had our end of season football party.  All the boys were able to make it.  We made them Championship t-shirts again this year and got a great photo!  Good Job Boys!  We are so excited for next season!

Hard workers

The kids had a few days off for conferences.  They are so good...they actually raked the leaves in the front yard!
