First Day of School 2018

We are already back to school!  Olivia and Emma are in 7th grade and Marcus is in 5th.  Diesel is going to be lonely without the kids...he's really liked having them around all summer.

End of Summer Party

Marc got the sand volleyball court done just in time for our end of summer party.  We invited all of our friends over for some fun.  Volleyball was a hit!

The kids threw some swimming in too and came to cheer on the adults.

The kids even had some volleyball games of their own.  Nice dive Olivia!

They had a blast.

I had to borrow pictures from everyone because I didn't take one!  This is the only real "pool" picture we got.  We were all having way to much fun.

Luckily others were taking pictures and shared.  We really did spend a lot of time on the court.

Brett had tender feet and ended up in socks.

Mackinzie is such a great volleyball player!

This volleyball court was worth all the work!

We also inherited Grami and Poppi's fire table and it was a hit with the adults on a cooler evening.

We had such a good time with all our friends.  Can't wait to do it again!  

Tickets!

Amber and I went to the box office early to get in line for Carrie Underwood tickets.  We were 3rd and 4th in line!  We even made an appearance on the Spokane Arena's facebook page!  Can't wait for the concert in May!

Ram Nation Golf Tournament

We played in the school fundraiser golf tournament with our good friends Jennifer and Jim.

It was a great day for golf!

Jennifer and I hung out in the same cart the whole day.

I ended up winning lots of prizes.  

I won both the women's longest and shortest drive...not sure how that happened!

We also put raffle tickets in to win baskets and I won several of those.

We had such a great time and it was for a great cause.

Colville Tournament...end of baseball 2018

We headed to Colville for one last baseball tournament.  Emma and Olivia were ready to cheer on their brother.

Marcus gave it his all.

He has done really well this year.

We are so proud of his hard work and determination.

They played one game Friday at noon.  Olivia was a great support.

Emma was too.

Love these girls.

Marc gave Marcus some tips.

Saturday they played at 2pm.  

Marcus played center field in the first game.

Diesel came along too.

Marcus lost but Diesel was there to cheer him up.

Marcus played shortstop during his second game.

He did pretty well.

He had a great bunt as well.

Sunday was an early game at 8am.

Marcus is ready.

That was a ball.

and another ball...they ended up walking him.

He stole second.

and stole to third.

then he went for home.

He slid in...we all thought he was safe but the umpire called him out.

Marc was walking through it all with Diesel.

Diesel had a lot of love.

Marcus got to play first base!

Unfortunately, they lost their game so their season came to an end.
