Happy Thanksgiving

We started our Thanksgiving morning outside. The kids are trying to take advantage of the little bit of snow that we have...our driveway is solid ice so the sleds work well. Emma's pretending like she's starting the snow machine. They had so much fun. Of course you have to have hot chocolate after that!   The best part of today was Daddy got to come home!  He's been working non-stop since the big windstorm hit last Tuesday; he came home at 5am and announced he is done...Spokane is just about at full power so Marc's crew is no longer needed...talk about something to be thankful for!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

50s Day

The kids got to dress up in fifties outfits for the 50th day of school.  Emma had choir early in the morning so I just got Olivia and Marcus at home.

We caught up with Emma at school though.  Katie, Lexie, Olivia, Sidney and Emma...too cute!

The leaves just keep falling!

Everyone is hard at work again...Marc is in charge of the blower.

Love this teamwork.

Marcus and Emma are really good at this.

Emma got to run the mower.

Hi Emma.

Marcus ran the tractor.

Olivia helped me do some cleaning inside.

Love this boy!!!

Frozen on Ice

I took the girls to Disney Frozen on Ice this afternoon.  This is the first show like this they have been to and they were so excited. I splurged and let them get ice cones in Olaf cups...cute. We had really great seats. The show started with all the Disney characters coming out.  Can you see Cinderella and Ariel out there? The show was amazing, it followed the movie perfectly. I couldn't believe all the scenes and props...can you see the wolves chasing the sled? All the costumes were impressive.
This monster was amazing...he had frost coming out his mouth and he moved and everything. Mickey and Minnie were there too of course. I'm so glad we went to this...it was so amazing.  The girls were blown away by it all.  Well done Disney!

Time for Basketball

The girls had their first basketball game last night.  Olivia took control right from the start and made the first basket of the night. Emma playing great defense and offense too. This year the kids can actually steal the ball.  Olivia did a great job protecting it. Good job protecting the ball Emma. Team Panthers!  Great first game girls!  They didn't keep score; but I believe we won. Great start to the season Olivia and Emma...so fun to watch!
